The villas are 15 minutes from the picturesque town and harbour
of Kyrenia. Kyrenia is a bustling place full of wonderful restaurants and shops. There are many fantastic boat trips that
depart from the harbour.
I have two beautiful villas and one apartment which
are available to rent. The villas are next to one another and both come with large overflow swimming pools.
They are surrounded by beautiful gardens full of colour,
which are maintained throughout the year by a gardener.
Behind the villas are ancient olive groves on the slopes
of the hills. Which is also an ideal area for walkers.
Both the beach and thriving rural communities are within
a short distance. (2.5km to beach). The Cyprus sand beaches are fantastic and provide safe, secure swimming.
Not only does the the elevated position of the villas
provide a welcomed breeze it also presents you with fabulous sea and mountain views.
